If an address is not provided by the client depending on the specified photography service at the time of booking, the photographer will communicate a location through email or text at least 24 hours before the photo shoot date.
Payment is taken IN FULL by THE END of the photo shoot time. If this does not occur, an invoice will be sent to the booking person's email with the full amount owed for the service. Clients have 7 days after service stated in the invoice for payment to be completed. If payment is not received by the due date, photos will be withheld until the full balance is paid.
Photos have a maximum turnaround time of seven days from the day the photo shoot is completed. The photos will be delivered through a Pixieset Gallery to the email you used while booking. You have up to 7 days to download the photos before the link expires and photos are taken down. After that, it the clients own responsibility to keep their photos for archival.
A $50 surcharge will be charged if the photographer is still needed past their booking time. This fee compounds linearly based on the amount of hours needed after the initial scheduled shoot time. This does not include studio fees if a studio was booked.
