Welcome to Timmy T Photo from herein will be referred to also as: “we,” “our,” or “us”. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website (www.timmytphoto.com), purchase products, or use our services. By using this Website, Service, and Products, you agree to the Terms of Service.

2. Services

Timmy T Photo provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait, event, commercial, and other photography sessions as agreed upon in writing. All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement (when applicable).

3. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable retainer/deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due prior to or on the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments not received by the due date may result in withholding of products and/or deliverables.
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
   

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• In the event Timmy T Photo must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
   

5. Intellectual Property and Usage

All photographs taken by Timmy T Photo are protected under U.S. copyright law.

• Timmy T Photo retains full copyright ownership of all images.
• Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Images may not be edited, altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Timmy T Photo may use images for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests in writing otherwise.
   

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
• Obtain any necessary permissions for shooting locations.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
   

Timmy T Photo is not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, interference, or restrictions imposed by venue or guests.

7. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken in capturing and delivering images:

• Timmy T Photo is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or acts of God.
• In any event, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
   

8. Delivery of Images/Videos

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Images will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
• Timmy T Photo is not responsible for image quality differences due to screen calibration or printing services not affiliated with us.
   

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website.
• Copy or distribute content without permission.
   

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
